We would like to thank Dr. Coccia for stepping in for Dr. Aiello, while she was on vacation, since we decided to have Oliver's surgery done sooner. Dr. Aiello and Dr. Coccia took the time to coordinate a surgical/treatment plan to ensure Oliver had the best possible outcome. They made us feel that Oliver was important and help ease our anxiety through the process. One thing I could recommend is offering a longer no APR timeframe when customers use Care Credit as their form of payment. Especially on higher bills like surgeries. This gives us "parents" a bit longer to pay for the cost without having to pay interest.

I always have an excellent experience at Wright. I've been a cat owner my entire life and growing up we had a neighborhood Veternarian that was our neighbor. I thought that same experience would not be replicated in a large modern center, but everyone at Wright so genuinely cares for the wellness of my cats at every visit. It makes me feel that same warmness of visiting my childhood Veternarian's house with my first kitten.
